How we work: build to print

We are a build-to-print fabricator. We build strictly to your drawings and specifications. Your design stays yours, and you get exactly what you drew.

1. Send your drawings

Email your drawings to sales@r2fabrication.co.uk. To help us quote quickly, include:

Drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP)

The specification and any inspection or test requirements

Quantity

Material: Working with customer-supplied materials.

The date you need it by

2. Quote

We price the job against your drawings and specification, then send you a quote. If something on the drawings needs clarifying, we’ll ask you. We won’t change the design.

3. Build

Once you accept the quote, we fabricate the job in our workshop of around 10,000 sq ft at Eagle Iron Works, Stalybridge, using MIG, TIG or Stick welding as your specification requires.

4. Inspection and paperwork

We check the work against your drawings and the inspection requirements you’ve specified, and provide the paperwork agreed at quote stage.

5. Ready for collection

When the job is complete, we’ll let you know when your job’s ready for collection.
